Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Using a digital kitchen scale, measure pumpkin seed oil, coconut oil, beeswax, and pumpkin pie spice in a glass container. (I used a small mason jar.)

  2. Heat on a double boiler until beeswax is melted. (I used a pot of boiling water, then put my sealed mason jar into the water carefully.)
  3. CAREFULLY remove from heat.
  4. Allow it to cool slightly, stirring occasionally.
  5. As the lip balm is cooling, it will begin to harden. You'll want to stir the balm often so that the pumpkin pie spice will fully incorporate. I put my balm in the refrigerator for a minute or two to help speed up this process.
  6. When the balm begins to get thick, pour it into molds.

  7. Allow to cool fully, then place lids on tins. Store in a cool, dry place until you are ready to use.
